Cannot share folders or accept invitations to shared folders

One of these:

• The PilatusBox applications on one or more of your devices are too old to support folder sharing. These devices are identified on the My Devices window in the User Portal. In this case, for you to be able to share folders, do one of these:
  • Update the PilatusBox applications on your devices.
  • Deregister the devices that have outdated PilatusBox applications.
• Your organization's PilatusBox settings prohibit you from sharing with certain other PilatusBox users.
