One of these:
- Close all open Windows Explorer windows. Then open the PilatusBox folder by double-clicking on the PilatusBox tray icon.
- In Windows 7 and 8, the PilatusBox-specific context menu options may not appear if you opened the PilatusBox folder from the Libraries menu in Windows Explorer.
In this case, open the folder a different way. For example, open the folder from the PilatusBox tray icon. For information on doing this, see Opening your PilatusBox folder.
- Restart your computer.
