One of these:
- The file you are trying to open, edit, or delete is a file type that Windows does not allow to be read or modified when the file is a remote file. For example, an .iso file cannot be opened or mounted when it is remotely in PilatusBox. In order to access or mount an .iso file in the PilatusBox folder, the file must be saved locally.

- The Windows desktop application was uninstalled while some of the items in the PilatusBox folder were still remote files. Remote files or folders that contain remote files cannot be opened, edited, or deleted once the desktop application is uninstalled.
