This error occurs when the Mac OS is on version 10.13 (High Sierra) and the PilatusBox system is using a self-signed certificate. Unlike older Mac versions, Mac 10.13 does not accept self-signed certificates.
For help fixing this issue, contact your IT department. The PilatusBox administrator will need to install a certificate signed by a certificate authority (CA) onto the PilatusBox system.
