Access links

When someone sends you a link, you can access the file or folder that the link points to. PilatusBox offers a number of additional tools for working with the file or folder, such as downloading the item, adding it to your PilatusBox account, opening or editing a Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file, or opening a PDF file.

Note

File display occurs only for certain file types under a certain size. When accessing a Microsoft Office file through a link, the file displays in an Office on the web browser window. Some other file types accessed through a link sometimes display in a browser window as well.
