PilatusBox User Help

Viewing your activity

Each time a change occurs in your PilatusBox account, the event is recorded. You can view all these events on the Activity pages, accessible through the side menu, in the User Portal.

The Activity pages display events about:

  • The times you accessed PilatusBox.
  • Each time an PilatusBox application is registered to your account.
  • Changes to your files and folders (for example, creating a shared folder, editing a file, or deleting a file or folder).
  • Who accessed a link you sent and when they accessed it.

The PilatusBox system automatically archives the records of these events after a certain amount of time. Your organization configures the amount of time before an event is archived. When an event is archived, the event disappears from the Activity pages.
