PilatusBox Add-in options are not available when replying to or forwarding an email

By default in Microsoft Outlook 2013, when you reply to or forward an email, your new message appears in the same window as the original message. The PilatusBox options do not appear in this situation.

To make the PilatusBox options appear, configure Outlook to open replies and forwards in a separate window:

Procedure

  1. In Microsoft Outlook, click File → Options.
  2. On the Mail tab, enable the Open replies and forwards in a new window option.
  3. Click the OK button.
