Viewing your space usage

Your company allots you a certain amount of storage space in PilatusBox. In the desktop application dashboard, you can view information about the amount of space you've been assigned in PilatusBox and the amount of space the files in your PilatusBox folder are using on your computer.

Procedure

If the desktop application is not running, start the application.
Click the application icon () in the menu bar.
In the menu, click Dashboard.
Click Usage.
The Usage section of the desktop application dashboard appears. The Usage section contains four cards. Each card displays different information about your PilatusBox space usage:

Capacity

Displays the total space allotted to you in PilatusBox by your company and the amount of space you are currently using in PilatusBox.

Saved locally

Displays the number of files that you have saved locally and the amount of space these files are using on your computer.

File sync

Displays the number of files in your PilatusBox account.

Backup

Displays the number of files you are backing up on your computer and the amount of space those files are using in your PilatusBox account.
