PilatusBox User Help

List of applications

The My Devices window displays information about the applications registered to your PilatusBox account, including the PilatusBox User Portal.

For each application, there are four columns which display information about the application:

Name
The name of the application. By default, this is User Portal for the PilatusBox web browser, the name of the device on which the application is installed, or Third-party applications for all the third-party applications registered to your account. You can rename your devices to make them easily identifiable to you. For information on doing this, see Renaming applications.
OS
The operating system running on the device. For the User Portal, the page displays the word Browser.
Version
The version of PilatusBox installed on the device. For the User Portal and any third-party applications, this section is blank.
Last Activity
The time at which the contents of the device were last synchronized with the PilatusBox system.

The PilatusBox applications that you use to access PilatusBox can be worked with individually in the My Devices window (for example, you can rename or disconnect your PilatusBox desktop or mobile application). However, any custom or third-party applications you use to access your PilatusBox account are managed through a single third-party applications row. When you deregister or clear the login credentials on the third-party applications row, that operation is performed for each third-party application registered to your account.

Note

The My Devices window highlights devices in red in these situations:
  • The PilatusBox system has been upgraded and, in order for you to use new features, you need to upgrade or deregister the applicable devices. For information on:
  • The PilatusBox system has undergone a system recovery and is currently synchronizing any changes made to your files on the applicable devices while the system was down. To facilitate this process, ensure that the PilatusBox applications on these devices are on and can connect to the system.
