Accessing mobilized data shares

If you log in to PilatusBox with your username and password or have single-sign on configured on your computer, you can access a mobilized share the same way you access any other folder in PilatusBox. You cannot access a mobilized share if you use any other method to log in to PilatusBox.

If you're using network login to access the PilatusBox User Portal, you are occasionally prompted to enter your username and password when accessing a mobilized share.

Procedure

  1. Locate and click the mobilized share in PilatusBox.
  2. If a login prompt appears, log in to the mobilized share.
    You can log in by:
    • Entering your username and password and then clicking on Login
    • Clicking Use Network Login

Result

The mobilized share opens.
